Well, here goes!

Welcome to the new CanAussie blog!
This is going to be a view into the day to day life of an Australian living in Vancouver. I’ll attempt to upload something every day, and the original premise was going to be that I put up a photo every day just to show off something cool or different… well, that relies on me getting a pic every day, but I’ll try – after all, apparently a picture is worth 1000 words, and that’s much easier than typing it all out!
You’ll come with me wherever I go, and you’ll even get to go on holiday with me too! So I lied, the blog is not 100% about Vancouver, but it’s about things that you can do whilst living in Vancouver, as seen from the eyes of someone who grew up in Tasmania, Australia. We’re off to Cancun, Mexico in a couple of weeks time for Christmas and New Years, so you’ll even get to come on that trip!
Still, you may have to put up with the occasional musing from me without pictures, particularly if I wasn’t able to capture it on film, or memory stick as it is now.
Most of the pictures will be uploaded from my iPhone, and I’ll probably make quite a few posts from that too, so I’ll apologise in advance for picture quality and any spelling mistakes the iPhone makes me do!
